My MotoFuel
Dashboard

See your ride data on the big screen. Two ways to get it there — pick what works for you.

1
One tap from the app
⚡ Fastest

Open your bike in MotoFuel, tap one button — dashboard opens in Safari with your data already loaded. Done.

🏍️

Open MotoFuel on your iPhone

Tap on your bike to open the bike detail screen.

👇

Scroll down to the bottom

Find the action buttons at the bottom of the bike screen.

📊

Tap "Open in Dashboard"

Safari opens automatically with your bike data loaded. That's it.

Dashboard remembers your data

Next time you visit motofuel.app/dashboard your data is still there — no need to import again.

💡

Have multiple bikes? Tap "Open in Dashboard" on each bike separately. The dashboard will show tabs for each one.

2
Import a file
📂 Manual

Export your data from the app as a JSON file and import it on any device — Mac, iPad, another phone.

🏍️

Open MotoFuel → tap your bike

Go to the bike detail screen.

📤

Tap the export button

Scroll to the bottom action buttons and tap the export icon.

📄

Choose JSON format

Select JSON when asked. This gives you the full data including all fill-ups, tires and rides.

✈️

AirDrop or save the file

AirDrop it to your Mac, save to Files, or send via Mail. Your choice.

🌐

Go to motofuel.app/dashboard

Click Browse Files and pick your JSON file. Dashboard loads instantly.

💡

Want all bikes on one dashboard? Export each bike separately and import them one by one — the dashboard adds a new tab for each import. Or use Method 3 below to export all bikes at once!

3
All bikes at once
🏍️ Multi-bike

Export all your bikes in one file — perfect for getting the full picture on your Mac or iPad.

🏠

Open MotoFuel — go to My Bikes

The main screen showing all your bikes.

⚙️

Go to Settings

Tap the Settings icon on the main bikes screen.

📤

Find "Export All Bikes"

Choose JSON format — one file containing all your bikes, fill-ups, tires and rides.

✈️

AirDrop to Mac or save to Files

Then import it at motofuel.app/dashboard — all bikes appear as tabs instantly.

💡

This is the best option for Mac users. One file, one import, all bikes with their own colour themes side by side.

🔒
Your data stays yours
🚫

Nothing goes to a server

Your ride data never leaves your device or browser. We don't store anything, ever.

🔐

Saved in your browser only

Dashboard saves your data in your browser's local storage — invisible to anyone else, including us.

🗑️

Delete it anytime

Tap "Import new file" on the dashboard to clear everything and start fresh.

⚠️

One device = one dashboard. Your Mac and your iPhone have separate browsers — data imported on one doesn't appear on the other. This will be fixed in a future update with account sync.

FAQs

My dashboard is empty when I open it again
This happens if you cleared your browser cache or are using a different browser/device. Just import your data again — it only takes a few seconds.
I have two bikes — can I see them both?
Yes. Use "Open in Dashboard" or import the JSON for each bike separately. The dashboard shows a tab for each bike with its own colour theme.
Can other riders see my data?
No. Your data only exists in your browser. Nobody else can see it — not other riders, not us.
Why is my economy chart empty?
Economy is calculated between fill-ups. You need at least two non-partial fill-ups for the chart to show data. Baseline fill-ups are excluded.
Does it work on my Mac?
Yes — export your JSON from the app, AirDrop it to your Mac, then import it at motofuel.app/dashboard in any browser.
Can I see all my bikes together on the Mac and phone?
Not yet — that requires account sync which is coming in a future update. For now each device has its own dashboard.

Ready to see your data?
